With Rightfeeling’s Super Design You'll have the opportunity to create a special design starting from your own graphic sketch, or our graphics department will create it entirely for you (this latter service is subject to a fee).

Whichever option you choose, submitting your request is free: - By selecting "Full Service..." you'll request a paid graphic design service. We'll evaluate your request and respond via email with the payment link. - By selecting "I already have the project files..." you'll need to send us the project file or all the element and logo files included in your design.

Describe your project in detail, indicate the model you have chosen, the colors and the positioning of the logos and graphics. Requests that do not meet these characteristics will not be processed.

With Rightfeeling’s Super Design You can create a special design starting from your graphic sketch, or our graphics department will create it entirely for you (this latter service is subject to a fee).

For a result optimal it is necessary help us as much as possibleSend us all your logos, graphic sketches for reference, and main colorways. Write down all the details about your desired style and tell us as much as possible about your team.

What costs does the service have?

Sending a request via the form is FreeOur graphics department will review it and respond to you via email with one of the following solutions:

1. FREE SERVICE
The service will remain free if the request meets one of these conditions:

  • You already have a graphic sketch ready for printing, therefore with all the project files, logos and graphic elements in a format suitable for printing (vector);
  • You have seen a design on our social profiles (e.g. Instagram) or on our website but it is not loaded in the configurator and therefore you cannot purchase it directly;
  • Do you want to transfer a graphic of a product that you have seen on our website (eg. Kit Basket) on another different product (eg. Kit Soccer);

2. PREMIUM SERVICE (€49,90)
In all other cases the purchase of a “Super Design Service” (€49,90) for complete graphics processing.

What is included in the service?

Our graphics department will take care of processing your request which includes the following processes:

  • Creation of 1 preview based on the information provided by filling out the form;
  • Graphic optimization for product and print adaptation;
  • Realistic rendering made using 3D modeling software;
  • Further modifications and color variations if requested;
  • Dedicated and fast support;

It is not understood in the service, the cost of the product will be purchasable after completing the graphic creation process.
Any extra services (logo processing, sending print files, etc...) will be quoted upon request.

In what format should I send the project files?

The best format to send logos and graphics is the vector (svg, ai, eps, pdf).
If you don't have the Vector file (usually the person who created the logo will surely have it) you can send the logos and images in the most High Definition possible (300dpi).

You can also submit a completed project in Illustrator or Photoshop format if you have one.

All elements within the project (logos, patterns, texts, shapes, etc.) must be individually editable.
Sketches in image format are not considered “projects”.

*If you send a low definition image we will not be able to guarantee optimal print quality.

Can I submit a sketch created with AI?

Sure, you can submit your AI-created sketch without any problems!

Keep in mind that AI-generated sketches are often very complex in detail and do not take into account certain technical limitations in production and printing.

We will often have to simplify the design compared to the AI-generated image, but we will try to replicate it as faithfully as possible.
Recreating a design created by an AI often requires many hours of work, which is why you will need to purchase the Premium service (€49,90).

What are the timelines?

We usually reply to you in a few hours if we have to ask you for any additional information.
For the graphic elaboration however, depending on the complexity it can take approx within 1 - 3 working days.

If you have an emergency, please specify it so that we can give you priority if possible.
