Terms and conditions

1. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days (pursuant to art.57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) starting from date of receipt of the products.
The right to return will not apply in the event that the services and products of JERSIX the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized are included, or in the case of products destined for the Covid-19 health emergency (eg protective masks), or included in the categories of art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

2. The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase can fill in the appropriate form online clicking here.

3. The item must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging, in good condition, suitable for re-sale.
In the absence of these conditions it will not be possible to make the return and the relative refund / exchange of goods.

4. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The choice of the courier and the shipping method is chosen by the customer, we recommend as a service packlink e Easy Package.

5. The refund (or the exchange of goods) will take place only after the merchant has received the package and after the inspection to verify the conditions of the return.
You will receive an e-mail as soon as the refund is issued, using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase.

Do not send the goods before you have received the merchant's reply by e-mail; failure to respond could significantly delay the processing of your request or even block it.

Don't forget to ask the courier for a receipt with tracking of the package to provide the merchant with proof of shipment. Similarly, by doing so you can follow the trasportor the item until it is received in the merchant's warehouses. If the return was made without tracking the package and the merchant does not receive the goods, unfortunately you will not be able to obtain a refund.
